Overview

We process personal data only as necessary to operate this website and respond to your enquiries, in line with the GDPR and German data protection law.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify. On each visit the server may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, time) in log files to deliver the site securely. A data processing agreement is in place; data may be processed in the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form

When you submit the form, we process the data you provide (name and email; optionally company, WhatsApp number, website, business type and your message) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)). Submissions are handled via Netlify Forms and also reach us by email.

Contact via WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the data you send is processed through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and may be transferred to the USA. Using WhatsApp is your voluntary choice; you can alternatively reach us by email or via the contact form. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Fonts

All fonts are self-hosted. No connection to Google Fonts or third-party font servers is made when the page loads.

Cookies & analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics by default. Your theme and language preference may be stored locally in your browser (localStorage) for convenience.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted at the latest 6 months after the matter is closed. Data that becomes part of a contract is retained for the statutory periods (in particular invoices/accounting up to 10 years under § 147 AO, business correspondence 6 years under § 257 HGB).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (for Thuringia: TLfDI).
