Dependable, well-organised, and unlikely to disappear.
The trade-off is distance — your work passes through account managers and queues, and you rarely deal with the people building the site.

Live client sites come first — named, linked, running today. The concept studies after them are our own work, built to show a direction.
A launched bilingual site with its own ordering system — a real menu, a legal checkout and a kitchen screen that rings.
Live
A launched bilingual site for a tile installer in Etobicoke — a dead address restored, with a quote that starts from a photo.
Live
A launched one-page site and sales funnel for an online fitness coach — her whole offer on her own domain.
Live
A cinematic one-page identity for a premium regional home builder.
Case study
A cinematic site for a used-car dealer — the whole catalogue on their own domain.
Case study
A one-page site for a barbershop run by two brothers, built around the room, not a stock photo.
Case study
A one-page site for a body & face sculpting studio, selling a method honestly with no invented numbers.
Case study
A one-page site for a neighbourhood vet practice, answering 'are you open?' before a single word of copy.
Case study
A one-page site for a cosmetics studio — bottle green taken seriously, gold used only as engraving.
Case study
A one-page site for a salon, barber and beauty studio under one roof — a kinetic wordmark and a champagne bead that never breaks.
Case studyThe live projects are real clients and you can open their sites. The concept studies are ours, never passed off as client work — no stock, no fakes.
Start your projectAn independent digital agency in Germany — built to do web work small businesses can actually trust.
For a small business, good web work is surprisingly hard to find. Larger agencies can be out of reach, and working with a freelancer can be hard to rely on. SYNCUP exists to close that gap — honest, accountable websites, built to a professional standard, for businesses that deserve to be taken seriously at any size.
You'll never have to re-explain your project to someone new. The person you speak to is the person doing the work, so feedback becomes changes quickly — a conversation, not a ticket queue.
Registered business · Germany · Working in EN / DE / RU
A larger agency brings structure and reliability, but the work can feel distant. A freelancer keeps things personal, yet harder to depend on. SYNCUP was built in Germany to remove that trade-off — the standards of an agency and a properly registered business, with one person accountable for how your website turns out.
Dependable, well-organised, and unlikely to disappear.
The trade-off is distance — your work passes through account managers and queues, and you rarely deal with the people building the site.
Personal, approachable, and close to the work.
The trade-off is uncertainty — one person who's easy to talk to, though their time, availability and consistency are harder to be sure of.
One name is safer than none.
A website should never disappear into a team, a queue or a support system.
When responsibility is shared by everyone, it tends to belong to no one. At SYNCUP it stays with one clearly identifiable person — someone who puts their name to the work and stands behind the result. Quietly, that is the safer place for it to be.
If this is how you'd want your website handled, the next step is a short conversation. From your first message, you're speaking with the person responsible for the work — no one in between, no obligation, just an honest answer about what's possible.
Five clear steps from your first message to launch — and most of the work sits with us, not you.
You send a short message — no obligation, and nothing needs to be figured out yet.
We shape your idea into a clear plan and a fixed quote — so everything is settled up front, with no surprises later.
We handle everything — design, copy and build, including the words — so you can step back until it's ready to see.
You review the finished site and ask for any changes — nothing goes live until you give the go-ahead.
Once you give the go-ahead, we take it live and hand it over — clean and complete, with nothing left hanging.
Three plans, each clearly defined — so you know exactly what's included.
Founding pricing for our first projects.
A one-page website designed for the phone first.
A stronger landing page with better design, copy, SEO and animation.
A bigger website with up to 5 pages and stronger support.
Final prices. VAT is not charged under §19 UStG.
The price you see is the price you pay — nothing hidden, nothing added later.
Need something outside these packages? Tell me what you need and I'll send a custom offer.
Your project price covers our work — designing, building and delivering your website.
Your fixed price is locked once we agree the scope together — within that scope, nothing is added later.
Copywriting covers the text for your website's pages. Longer or ongoing content — such as blog articles or legal text — can be arranged separately.
If your project requires a domain, hosting, business email, booking system, premium plugin or any other paid third-party service, those costs are paid directly to the provider and remain in your name. We simply help you set everything up and connect it.
Every plan includes 30 days of support after launch — we fix any issue with what we built, free of charge. After that, ongoing care is available through SYNCUP Care.
No markups. No resold subscriptions. Full ownership stays with you.
That's what the review stage is for. You'll see the design and tell us what to change — your plan includes set revision rounds (Profile one, Growth two, Premium three), and we focus them on getting it genuinely right. If you'd like further changes after that, additional rounds can be added if needed — no pressure to sign off before you're happy.
Very little. Tell us about your business and what the site should do, plus the details only you have — your services, prices, opening hours and contact information. The structure, the design and the writing are on us.
That's completely normal and won't hold things up. We write the words for you, and we'll guide the images — using your own if you have them, or suggesting good options if you don't. You don't need anything polished to get started.
You own the site and all its files, so you're never tied to us. Most clients simply send us any changes they need — small tweaks anytime, or SYNCUP Care for ongoing updates handled for you. If self-editing matters for your project, we can discuss the most suitable setup before development begins.
We can usually begin within a few days of agreeing the plan, and each plan shows its own build time. Because we handle the design and the writing, all we need to get going is a few key details about your business — so the project rarely waits on you. Each plan's build time starts once the project is underway and we've received the details we need from you.
Yes to both. An existing domain we simply connect, and it stays in your name. If you already have a website, we can redesign it from the ground up — and we'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild or a fresh start makes more sense for you.
Yes. Every site includes a proper Impressum and privacy policy and a privacy-friendly setup — no unnecessary cookies or trackers — built to the German DSGVO standard. We prepare these pages from the details you provide; final responsibility for their content stays with you as the owner, and we'll guide you so nothing important is missed.
Yes. We're based in Germany but work with clients across Europe and beyond, entirely online. The whole project can run in German, English or Russian — whichever you're most comfortable in.
Every enquiry goes straight to Maxim, SYNCUP's founder — and you'll get a considered, personal reply, usually within 24 hours.
