Your project price covers our work — designing, building and delivering your website.
Your fixed price is locked once we agree the scope together — within that scope, nothing is added later.
Copywriting covers the text for your website's pages. Longer or ongoing content — such as blog articles or legal text — can be arranged separately.
If your project requires a domain, hosting, business email, booking system, premium plugin or any other paid third-party service, those costs are paid directly to the provider and remain in your name. We simply help you set everything up and connect it.
Every plan includes 30 days of support after launch — we fix any issue with what we built, free of charge. After that, ongoing care is available through SYNCUP Care.

Questions, answered honestly.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
That's what the review stage is for. You'll see the design and tell us what to change — your plan includes set revision rounds (Starter one, Growth two, Premium three), and we focus them on getting it genuinely right. If you'd like further changes after that, additional rounds can be added if needed — no pressure to sign off before you're happy.
What do I need to provide?
Very little. Tell us about your business and what the site should do, plus the details only you have — your services, prices, opening hours and contact information. The structure, the design and the writing are on us.
What if I don't have text or photos yet?
That's completely normal and won't hold things up. We write the words for you, and we'll guide the images — using your own if you have them, or suggesting good options if you don't. You don't need anything polished to get started.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
You own the site and all its files, so you're never tied to us. Most clients simply send us any changes they need — small tweaks anytime, or SYNCUP Care for ongoing updates handled for you. If self-editing matters for your project, we can discuss the most suitable setup before development begins.
How soon can we start and how long does it take?
We can usually begin within a few days of agreeing the plan, and each plan shows its own build time. Because we handle the design and the writing, all we need to get going is a few key details about your business — so the project rarely waits on you. Each plan's build time starts once the project is underway and we've received the details we need from you.
Can I use my existing domain or redesign my current website?
Yes to both. An existing domain we simply connect, and it stays in your name. If you already have a website, we can redesign it from the ground up — and we'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild or a fresh start makes more sense for you.
Is the website GDPR / DSGVO compliant (Impressum & Datenschutz)?
Yes. Every site includes a proper Impressum and privacy policy and a privacy-friendly setup — no unnecessary cookies or trackers — built to the German DSGVO standard. We prepare these pages from the details you provide; final responsibility for their content stays with you as the owner, and we'll guide you so nothing important is missed.
Do you work with clients outside Germany and in other languages?
Yes. We're based in Germany but work with clients across Europe and beyond, entirely online. The whole project can run in German, English or Russian — whichever you're most comfortable in.
